Trip Decision Review
For one important trip you have already planned.
A second look before you commit to one important trip.
Ticked Bucket List reviews the trip you have already planned and shows what looks ready, what may need changing, and what still needs checking before you spend more or lock in the plan.
Apply before payment. Ticked Bucket List replies within two business days to accept, narrow, redirect or decline the request.
Planning support only. Trip Decision Review does not provide medical clearance, make bookings, contact providers or guarantee information from other organisations.
Your decision comes first
Know what needs your attention before you commit.
The review brings the important parts of one developed trip together and turns them into a short, ordered action plan.
What looks ready
See the parts of the plan that support the decision you are trying to make.
What may need changing
Find the sequence, daily load, recovery or flexibility issues that matter most.
What still needs checking
Separate missing provider or authority information from what the plan means for your decision.
What to do next
Use three to five priorities and a clear next-action order before the commitment point.
What you receive
A clear written review, not a long general report.
Your report is usually six to eight pages. It begins with the overall planning status, the reasons and the first action.
- A written decision summary and planning status
- Findings at a glance and a trip pressure-point map
- Three to five priority changes or checks
- A protect, simplify, check and keep-optional action map
- Questions to confirm with the relevant providers or authorities
- A short next-action plan and, when useful, a companion brief
Fit before payment
Use Trip Decision Review when the trip is developed enough to review.
This may fit if
- You have one real trip already planned.
- A meaningful booking, payment or lock-in is approaching.
- You want a written review of sequence, load, recovery space and unresolved facts.
- You want a short, ordered list of what to protect, simplify, check or keep optional.
- You are comfortable using a written application, intake and report.
This is not the right service if
- You want a destination selected or a trip built from scratch.
- You want bookings made or providers contacted.
- You need medical advice, medical clearance or urgent help.
- You need a guarantee about accessibility, airline support, insurance, visas or official requirements.
- The trip is outside the published size or timing limits.
Clear review limits
One trip, one main decision and clear limits.
The review covers one itinerary version. It may compare two already-developed versions only when that comparison is the accepted main decision. The planned departure must normally be at least ten business days away when you apply.
How it works
Apply first. Pay only after the trip and scope are accepted.
- 1
Send a short application
Describe the trip, the main decision and the approaching commitment point. Do not send medical records.
- 2
Receive a scope reply
Within two business days, Ticked Bucket List accepts, narrows, redirects or declines the request.
- 3
Accept the scope and pay $395
Read the fixed scope, terms, privacy notice and boundaries before payment.
- 4
Complete the written intake
Send the developed itinerary and up to 20 pages of relevant trip material. The delivery clock starts only after the intake is confirmed complete.
- 5
Receive the review and use one follow-up
Receive the written review within five business days. Send up to three related written questions in one round within seven days.

Why it costs more
The value is the decision, the order and the effort saved.
Trip Decision Review does not charge for a longer intake or a longer report. The price reflects individual review of one developed trip, prioritisation across the whole plan, targeted source checks where a fact could change the decision, and a clear action order before commitment.
Ticked Bucket List is clinician-founded, but the review remains travel-planning support. It does not use medical authority to decide whether you should travel.
Questions before you apply
What to know before you send the application.
Do I pay before applying?
No. Send the short application first. If the trip fits, Ticked Bucket List confirms the accepted scope and sends the terms and payment request.
Does the trip need to be fully booked?
No, but it must be developed enough to review. You should know the route, likely accommodation, main transport and key itinerary structure. If you still need to build or organise the trip, use the Starter Kit first.
Does the review include a call?
No. The service is fully written. You use a written application and intake, receive a written report and may send up to three related written questions in one follow-up round.
Can Ticked Bucket List confirm accessibility or airline assistance?
No. The review may identify the exact questions to ask and explain why the answers matter. You remain responsible for confirming current arrangements directly with the relevant provider or authority.
What if information is missing?
Ticked Bucket List may send one concise clarification request before the review begins. The five-business-day delivery period starts only after the intake and permitted files are confirmed complete.
Is this medical advice or medical clearance?
No. Trip Decision Review examines the structure of a trip. It does not assess symptoms, provide treatment guidance or decide whether you are medically fit to travel.
Before you apply
Travel-planning support only.
Trip Decision Review is travel-planning support only. Ticked Bucket List reviews the structure of one trip using the information you provide and selected public sources. It does not decide whether you are medically fit or safe to travel. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance, medical clearance, emergency care, booking, legal or insurance advice, visa or border advice, airline approval, accessibility certification, or guarantees about information from other organisations. You remain responsible for your decisions and for confirming current requirements with the relevant clinician, airline, hotel, operator, insurer, embassy, border authority or other provider.
This service is not monitored for urgent help. Do not use the application, intake or email for new, severe, rapidly worsening or unsafe symptoms. Seek appropriate urgent or emergency care.
One developed trip. One important decision.
Apply before the next payment or lock-in point.
Trip Decision Review costs $395 USD for one accepted trip within the published scope.
