Application before payment
Apply for a Trip Decision Review
Tell us about one trip you have already shaped and the main decision you need to make. We will check whether the review fits before you are asked to pay.
About 5 to 8 minutes. No files, payment or call today.
What happens next
A short check before any payment
The application protects you from buying a review that does not fit the trip. It also keeps the accepted work clear from the start.
-
Send the short application
Share the dates, route, main decision and next commitment point. Do not send files or medical records.
-
We check the fit
Within two business days, Ticked Bucket List will accept, narrow, redirect or decline the request.
-
Pay only if it fits
If accepted, you receive the written scope, service terms and $395 invoice before the full trip intake.
Your application
Tell us enough to check the fit
Use everyday travel language. We need the practical shape of the trip, not a diagnosis or detailed health history.
Have these details ready
- Your travel dates and route
- The number of travellers and main places you will stay
- The one decision you want the review to support
- The next payment, booking or other point that will make the plan harder to change
By submitting the form, you are asking for a fit check, not buying the review. Read the Privacy Policy and Medical & Travel Disclaimer before completing the final acknowledgement.

Common application questions
Does applying commit me to buy?
No. The application is free and no payment is taken. If the trip fits, you can review the written scope and service terms before deciding whether to pay.
Should I upload my itinerary now?
No. The public application has no upload field. If the review is accepted and paid, the full intake will ask for the relevant trip material in five files or fewer and 20 pages or fewer.
What if my departure is less than 10 business days away?
The review normally needs at least 10 business days before departure. A closer trip may not leave enough time for intake, review and useful changes, so the request may be redirected or declined.
Can the review tell me whether I am medically safe to travel?
No. Trip Decision Review provides travel-planning support only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication changes or medical clearance.
What if I need an answer from an airline, hotel, insurer or authority?
Contact that organisation directly. Ticked Bucket List can help you identify questions to ask, but it cannot give official approval, certify accessibility or guarantee another organisation’s information.
