A written second look at one important trip decision.
You bring a trip that is already substantially planned. Before payment, we agree on one decision for the review. The written review then examines the parts of the trip that materially affect that decision and puts the main findings, checks and priorities in order.
There is no charge to apply. Within two business days, Ticked Bucket List will tell you whether the trip fits the service and what the agreed review question would be.
Is the trip ready for review?
Use this service after the main trip has been built.
The review works best when there is enough of a real plan to examine and the next decision is still open.
This may fit if
- You are 18 or older.
- The main route, likely accommodation, transport and key itinerary are clear enough to review.
- You can name one decision that matters now.
- A booking, payment or other commitment is approaching.
- You can provide the itinerary and relevant trip material.
- Departure is normally at least ten business days away when you apply.
Use another route if
- The destination, route or main itinerary still needs to be built.
- You want someone to make bookings or contact providers for you.
- You want medical advice, treatment guidance or medical clearance.
- You need certification or guarantees about accessibility, insurance, visas, airline support or other provider arrangements.

The agreed decision determines what deserves attention.
The review uses the TBL Trip Fit Method as a structured way to examine the plan. It does not repeat a full planning exercise or assess your health.

Scope
One trip, one main decision and defined limits.
The review normally covers one itinerary version. Two ready-made versions can be compared when choosing between them is the agreed main decision. Departure must normally be at least ten business days away when you apply.

Confirm scope and pay $395
Review the agreed question, limits, terms, privacy information and planning boundaries before payment.

Complete the written intake
Provide the itinerary and agreed supporting material. The five-business-day delivery period starts after all required information is received.

Receive the report and use the follow-up
Receive the written review, then send one related follow-up question within seven days.

Use the Starter Kit before asking for a second look.
The Starter Kit is for self-guided whole-trip planning. Trip Decision Review is for a plan that already exists and one important decision that is still open.

Does the trip need to be fully booked?
No. The route, likely accommodation, main transport and key itinerary need to be clear enough for the agreed decision to be reviewed.
Does the review include a call?
No. The application, intake, report and follow-up are written.
What happens if information is missing?
Ticked Bucket List may ask one short set of clarification questions before the review starts. Delivery timing begins after all required information and agreed material are received.
What would require a new review?
A replacement trip, a new main decision or a material change outside the agreed itinerary and scope may require a new scope agreement and separate review.
Can the review confirm accessibility or provider arrangements?
No. It may identify what needs confirming and why it matters, but the relevant provider or authority must confirm the current arrangement.
Is this medical advice or medical clearance?
No. The review examines the trip plan. It does not assess symptoms, provide treatment or medication guidance, or decide whether you are medically fit to travel.

Trip Decision Review examines the travel plan within the agreed scope. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication changes, medical clearance, fitness-to-fly certification, emergency care, travel-agent booking or guarantees about external providers.
