Starter Kit or Trip Decision Review?
Use the Starter Kit while the trip still needs planning. Use Trip Decision Review only when the main details are clear and one decision needs a written second look.
Each row compares the Starter Kit with Trip Decision Review.
| Compare | Starter Kit$69 USD, one-time | Trip Decision Review$395 USD, one trip accepted after application |
|---|---|---|
| Choose it when | You have one real trip, but the plan still needs work. | You are 18 or older, the main trip details are clear, departure is at least 10 business days away, and one important payment or booking is approaching. |
| What it helps you do | Build and organise one practical trip plan. | Review one detailed trip before an important payment or booking. |
| Who does the work? | You work through the self-guided system. | Ticked Bucket List reviews the plan and information you submit. |
| What you receive | A practical Trip Action Plan you can save and use for this trip. | A clear written review with the main finding, three to five priorities and what to do next. |
| How the method works | A five-step sequence connects the trip purpose, demands, pressure clusters, decisions and backup plan. | One agreed question guides a human review of connected demands, material issues, selected checks and ordered next actions. |
| Information checks | You note questions and confirm current details yourself. | Selected public information may be checked when it could change the decision. |
| Contact | Self-guided, with no individual review. | No call. One written follow-up round with up to three related questions within seven days. |
| How you start | Make one direct, one-time purchase. | Submit a short application. Pay only after the trip is accepted and you know what the review will cover. |
| Timing | Start as soon as you receive access. | Receive the review within five business days after all required information is received. |
| Do not choose it when | You need only one narrow answer, or you want someone else to review the trip for you. | The route and main itinerary still need building, the departure is under ten business days away, or you need bookings, medical advice or guarantees. |
Trip Decision Review threshold: apply only when you are 18 or older, the route, likely accommodation, transport and key itinerary are clear, you can name one main decision, departure is at least ten business days away, and the written review could still change what you do next.
Clear boundaries
Planning help, not medical care or travel booking.
Ticked Bucket List helps you think through a trip. It does not make medical, official or booking decisions for you.
What Ticked Bucket List can help with
Look at the trip, spot what may make it harder, decide what to protect or simplify and list what still needs checking.
What it does not do
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medication changes, medical clearance, emergency care, legal or insurance advice, visa or airline approval, or full-service travel booking.
Information from airlines, hotels, operators, insurers and authorities can change. Ticked Bucket List may identify questions, but you contact providers, confirm current details and make the bookings.
Questions before you choose
Two practical details before you decide.
Does Trip Decision Review include booking or provider contact?
No. Ticked Bucket List may give you questions to ask and explain why the answers matter. You contact providers and make the bookings.
Can the $69 Starter Kit price be applied to the review?
If you bought the Starter Kit for the same trip within the previous 90 days and submit usable completed Starter Kit material, ask before payment whether the $69 purchase can be applied to the review. Credit is not automatic and must be confirmed before the review invoice is paid.
