Supporter Pack: How you help

You’re not buying “motivation.” You’re buying a calmer plan that reduces decision fatigue and avoids preventable overload.

Key setup: at checkout, enter the traveller’s email so they receive access. You can still pay with your PayPal/card.

What you bought

The Trip Fit Check & Starter Kit is a self-guided planning tool that outputs a Trip Fit zone (Green/Amber/Red), a one-page Trip Snapshot they can share, and a Plan B redesign for symptom spikes—so the trip has a “lighter version” instead of a full cancel.

What “good” looks like: the traveller stops improvising under stress. They follow the Snapshot, protect buffers, and switch to Plan B early (before they crash).

Decision threshold: if the traveller is within 10 days of departure, the priority is not perfection. It’s one buffer rule + one Plan B day template + one “if symptoms spike, do this first” step.

Your role

  • Reduce friction: fewer rushed decisions, fewer “just push through” arguments.
  • Protect buffers: help defend one daily reset window (even 45–60 minutes).
  • Normalize Plan B: treat the lighter day as success, not failure.
  • Don’t police: you’re not enforcing; you’re enabling a safer plan.
Best supporter sentence: “Do you want the full plan day, or the lighter Plan B version?”

If you catch yourself saying “But we came all this way…” that’s your cue: switch to Plan B early.

Support scripts (copy/paste)

  • “What’s the one thing today that matters most?”
  • “Do you want me to handle the logistics while you rest?”
  • “Let’s protect the buffer now so we don’t pay for it later.”
  • “If symptoms rise, what’s our pre-decided swap?”
  • “We can leave early and still call it a win.”

Decision threshold: if the traveller rates today as “fragile” (low reserves), reduce load by 30–50% immediately (fewer steps, fewer stops, earlier finish).

Supporter checklist (10 minutes)

  • Confirm the traveller has their Trip Snapshot saved on their phone.
  • Agree on one daily reset window (time + place).
  • Agree on one Plan B swap (e.g., indoor/nearby + early return).
  • Clarify the “stop rule” (what signals you’ll treat as a switch trigger).
  • Know the nearest pharmacy/hospital plan (no panic scrolling).

If you want an extra safety net: use the free “Nearby Care” tool to pre-list pharmacies/hospitals near the stay.

Scope reminder: this is planning support. If the traveller has new, severe, or rapidly worsening symptoms, they should seek urgent in-person care locally.
