Glossary of TBL travel planning terms
Use this glossary when a TBL planning term appears in a guide, product page, Trip Snapshot, or support reply.
TBL terms should make travel planning clearer, not harder. Each term describes a practical planning decision, not a medical diagnosis or prediction.
What this page covers
Trip Fit
A practical read on whether one specific trip looks realistic for the traveller’s current body capacity.
Trip Load Scan
A review of where the trip may ask too much through movement, timing, sensory load, sleep disruption, weather, queues, meals, and recovery demands.
Trip Snapshot
A concise trip reference that captures pressure points, protected priorities, backup plans, and recovery needs.
Green Trip
A trip that looks broadly manageable with routine planning and basic safeguards.
Amber Trip
A trip that may work if overloaded parts are adjusted before booking or travel day.
Red Trip
A trip that is currently too overloaded, fragile, or under-supported to treat as-is.
Boundary to remember
TBL provides planning support and education only. It does not provide medical advice, medical clearance, diagnosis, treatment, medication instructions, prescribing, legal advice, insurance advice, or emergency care.
