After-purchase support

How to access your Starter Kit after purchase

If you have paid but cannot find or open the Starter Kit, start by logging in to the Ticked Bucket List customer account linked to the email you used at checkout. After you are logged in, open the member-only Tool Vault. If the purchase is complete but that account does not have access, contact support with your payment confirmation.

Direct answer

First log in to your customer account using the email used for the Starter Kit purchase. Then open the Tool Vault. Returning purchasers should select Login in the site navigation, sign in to that customer account, and only then open the member-only Tool Vault. If you are logged in to the purchase account but the Tool Vault is still unavailable, keep your payment confirmation and contact Ticked Bucket List so the access problem can be checked.

Start here

Log in first, then check access

Starter Kit access is tied to the customer account used for the purchase. Work through these steps in order so you can tell whether the problem is payment, login, account access or locally saved progress.

Confirm that checkout completed

Keep the PayPal or checkout payment confirmation. You may need the purchase date or payment reference if support has to locate the order.

Select Login in the site navigation

Returning purchasers should begin with Login, not by purchasing again. This starts the Squarespace customer-account sign-in process.

Then sign in with the same email address used when the Starter Kit was purchased. The purchase access belongs to that customer account.

Once logged in, open the Tool Vault

The current purchaser dashboard is the member-gated Tool Vault. When the correct purchase account has access, it should take you to the Starter Kit links, instructions, and storage and support information.

Open the Tool Vault after logging in

If the correct logged-in account still has no access, contact support

First confirm that the account email matches the email used for the Starter Kit purchase. If it does and the Tool Vault is still unavailable, send the minimum information needed to find the purchase and describe the access failure.

What to do for the most common access situations

I paid, but I do not know where to go

Select Login in the site navigation, sign in with the email used at checkout, then open the Tool Vault. Do not buy the Starter Kit again simply because you cannot see it while signed out.

I am logged in, but the Tool Vault is not available

First confirm that the account email matches the Starter Kit purchase email. If it does, do not purchase again. Contact support with the purchase email, approximate purchase date, payment confirmation reference and a short description of what you see after login.

I cannot log in with the purchase email

Do not create a second purchase to solve an account problem. Use the Squarespace customer-account sign-in or account-recovery process for the email used at checkout. If the purchase was made under a different or incorrect email, contact support and provide both addresses so the account and purchase can be checked.

I changed browser or device

Your account access and your saved in-tool progress are different things. Current Starter Kit notes state that progress does not carry between devices, so sign-in access may be available even when earlier browser-saved work is not.

Being signed out can look like missing access

The Starter Kit is member-gated. Before treating the purchase as missing, confirm that you are logged in to the customer account associated with the purchase email. Then open the Tool Vault. An old saved link on its own is not a substitute for being signed in to the account that holds the purchase access.

If support needs to check the purchase

Send enough to find the order, but no more

Useful to include

  • Email used for the Starter Kit purchase.
  • Approximate purchase date.
  • Payment confirmation or transaction reference.
  • What happens when you sign in or open the Tool Vault.
  • A screenshot of the access error, if one appears and it contains no sensitive information you do not want to share.

Do not send for an access problem

  • Your password or PayPal login details.
  • Full card or payment-account credentials.
  • Medical history, medication lists or clinical records.
  • Passport, insurance or unrelated travel documents.

Important distinctions

Access support is not the same as using the Starter Kit

Purchase access

Your customer account determines whether you can enter the member-gated Starter Kit area.

Saved trip progress

Progress created inside browser-based Starter Kit tools may stay on the device or browser where it was entered. Account access does not automatically mean that earlier locally saved work will appear on another device.

Planning help

The Starter Kit remains self-guided. Access support can help with finding or opening the purchased product; it does not complete the planning work for you.

Still cannot open it?

Contact support with the purchase details above

If the payment is complete and the purchase account still does not have the expected Tool Vault access, send the short access-support details so the order can be checked.
