What to do after you buy the Starter Kit
After buying the Starter Kit, start with one real trip, gather the basic trip details, complete the Trip Fit Check, then use the result to create your Trip
Use this page when the next step is unclear.
Use this if
You have purchased the Starter Kit and want the simplest first route.
Pay closer attention if
You are close to travel day, the trip has fixed costs, or you feel unsure about which part to start with.
Do not use it for
Urgent symptoms, clinical decisions, medication questions, or provider-specific rules.
Start in this order
- Pick one real trip. Do not try to plan every future trip at once.
- Find the basic details: dates, destination, transport, accommodation, companions, and the must-keep activity.
- Complete the Trip Fit Check before filling every detail of the Trip Snapshot.
- Use your Green, Amber, or Red result to decide what needs protection, reduction, or outside input.
- Create the Trip Snapshot as the quick reference for the trip.
Decision threshold
If you have less than 30 minutes, complete only the Trip Fit Check and save the Trip Snapshot for later. If the result is Red or the trip has little room for error, compare support options before making new bookings.
Common issue to check
- If you cannot find the access email, check the payment receipt, spam folder, and any email address used at checkout. Exact resend route: Needs founder confirmation.

Quick answers
I bought the Starter Kit. What do I do first?
After buying the Starter Kit, start with one real trip, gather the basic trip details, complete the Trip Fit Check, then use the result to create your Trip Snapshot before travel day.
When should I use this page?
Use it when your question is about post-purchase onboarding for one TBL trip or product step. If the issue is clinical, urgent, insurance-related, or provider-specific, use the responsible outside source.
What should I check outside TBL?
Check clinical concerns with your own clinician, urgent or worsening symptoms with local urgent or emergency services, insurance questions with your insurer, and booking or access rules with the relevant provider or official source.
Use this with one real trip.
Keep the next step small: check the trip, update the Snapshot, or compare support options.
Boundary note: TBL provides planning support and education only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication instructions, prescribing, legal advice, insurance advice, or urgent care. Use your own clinician, emergency services, insurer, airline, accommodation provider, travel provider, or official source when that party is responsible for the answer.
