When a written review may help
A Trip Decision Review may help when the trip is planned and an important decision is close.
A busy itinerary alone does not mean you need individual review. The review is most useful when a clear second look could help you decide what matters most.
A large payment or hard-to-change booking is close
A non-refundable booking, final balance or other commitment is approaching, and you want the trip checked before you proceed.
The trip may be hard to repeat
The trip centres on a major event, rare opportunity, important relationship or limited travel window. Protecting the main reason for going matters more than fitting everything in.
Several demanding parts may add up
Multiple places to stay, transport changes, demanding days in a row, early starts, long transfers or little recovery time may be difficult to judge as separate details.
You know the concerns but not what to do first
You have found several possible problems, but deciding what to keep, simplify, confirm or leave optional is adding to the mental load.
You are choosing between two planned versions
Both options are detailed enough to review, but the trade-offs are still unclear. Comparing them would need to be the main question for the review.

Do I need to buy the Starter Kit first?
No. You do not need to use the Trip Fit Check & Starter Kit first. Use it when the trip still needs organising. Apply directly for Trip Decision Review when the itinerary is already planned and meets the checks on this page.
Do I pay to submit an application?
No. Applying is free. Ticked Bucket List will tell you whether the request can be accepted, needs to be narrowed or would be better handled another way. You pay $395 only after Ticked Bucket List confirms that the trip fits the service and you accept the service documents.
Is Trip Decision Review a call or consultation?
No. The service is completed entirely in writing. There is no standard phone or video call. It includes one written review and one written follow-up round within the stated limits.
Can the review compare two options?
It can compare two already-planned itinerary versions when that comparison is the main question agreed for the review and both versions fit the limits. It does not compare several undeveloped destinations or ideas.
What if my departure is less than ten business days away?
Your departure should normally be at least ten business days away when you apply. A closer trip may be declined because there may not be enough time to complete the written intake, deliver the review and make changes.
Can the review confirm accessibility or airline support?
No. The review can identify what you need to ask and when to ask it. It cannot guarantee accessibility, approve assistance or speak for an airline, hotel, operator, authority or other provider.
Can my Starter Kit payment reduce the review price?
You may receive $69 off the review price when you bought the Trip Fit Check & Starter Kit for the same trip within the previous 90 days and submit a usable Trip Snapshot. This must be requested and confirmed before you pay.
Is this medical advice or medical clearance?
No. Trip Decision Review looks at how the trip is planned. It does not assess symptoms, diagnose, prescribe, change medication, provide treatment guidance or decide whether you are medically fit to travel.
