Chronic Pain & Wearable Data Tracker

About This Tool

This tool is designed for individuals managing chronic pain. It lets you track key parameters—such as pain score, activity, heart rate, sleep, and stress—daily while superimposing your pain score on every chart.

In every chart, the pain score axis is fixed on the left (displaying whole numbers from 0 to 10 in gray), while the primary metric’s axis on the right uses tick labels that match its line color. Your data is stored in your browser; you can reset or print the dashboard at anytime.

How to Interpret the Graphs

  • Identify the Axes: The x‑axis represents time (dates), while the y‑axes show the values for each metric. Notice that the pain score is always shown on the left in gray, and the main metric on the right is color‑coded.
  • Understand Superimposed Data: A dashed pain score line is overlaid on each chart so you can compare your pain levels with other parameters (e.g., activity, sleep, heart rate). Look for correlations where changes in pain align with changes in the other metric.
  • Look for Trends and Patterns: Observe whether a metric is trending upward, downward, or remaining stable over time. Identify peaks, valleys, and recurring patterns which might indicate triggers or improvements.
  • Examine Correlations: Compare the superimposed pain score to the primary metric to see if increases or decreases in pain coincide with changes in activity, sleep quality, or stress.
  • Consider Data Consistency: Regular, consistent entries provide a more accurate view of trends. Outliers or gaps may need additional context.
